Mike Cohn wrote a new book while back - 'Succeeding with Agile'.
He has recently started delivering a 2-day course based on this book.
I recently happen to take this course. As usual, great course. I had read the book a while back. It was great to learn finer elements of Agile Development from one of the best in the industry - Mike Cohn.
It's a pretty intense class. The class does not deal with basics of agile. It's expected that you know the basics. So, it also depends on other attendees too. If they are also seasoned agile professionals, you all will have a very lively class. Discussions from industry peers make this kind of classes good.
Great book, great class. Go take it. You will become a better agile project manager. It's good for other senior managers too.
