B Subhash famed director of oldies like Disco Dancer (1984), Tarzaan(1986) pulls off another fast entertainer without much stuff. That's what makes him what he is..........something out of nothing.
His speed is what keeps the movie alive. Otherwise it has no theme other than mixture of terrorists, cops, comedy, action.......
Rahul Dev sizzles as baddy.....Akshay Kumar excels in comedy which is not his forte.......but does good.
Lara Dutta gorgeous without any role....Isha Deol chewing gum girl.....no role
Archana Puran Singh and Sharat Saxena excel in comedy with funny toned dialogs......
Climax is well shot.......
Overall a total time pass......paisa vasool.....
